안녕하십니까?
1. 부착력시험에 대한 ASTM D 4541과 ISO 4624 규격이 돌리 주변 처리에 있어서 서로 다른 요건으로 되어 있어서 주의를 요하며, 계약서에 어떤 규격으로 시험하고, 부착력이 최소 얼마 나오도록 요구하고 있는 가를 명확히 확인 하시기 바랍니다.
2. ASTM D 4541은 돌리 주변의 과잉 본드를 조심스럽게 닦아 내도록 요구하며, 주변 도막을 깎아내는 작업은 금지하고 있습니다. 만약 깎아 냈다면 ASTM D 4541에서 벗어난 절차로서 보고서에 그 과정을 명확히 기술할 것을 요구하고 있습니다.
3. 한편 ISO 4624는 그 반대로 돌리 주변을 소지까지 닿도록 도막을 깎아낼 것을 요구하고 있습니다.
4. 즉, 기술시방서에 부착력에 관한 규격이 명확히 규정되어야 하며, 규격에 따라서 동일 도막에 대한 부착력 값이 서로 다를 수밖에 없음을 유의 하셔야 합니다. 그러나 어떠한 절차가 더 우수하다고 말할 수는 없으며, 각각 서로 다른 부착력 시험 절차일 뿐입니다.

6.4……..Carefully remove the excess adhesive FROM around the fixture.
Note 3: Caution- Movement, especially twisting, can cause tiny bubbles to coalesce INTO large holidays that constitute stress discontinuities during testing.
6.7 Scoring around the fixture violates the fundamental in-situ criterion that unaltered coating be tested. If scoring around the test surface is employed, extreme care is required to prevent micro-cracking in the coating, since such cracks may cause failures at diminished strengths. Scored samples constitute a different test, and this procedure should be clearly reported with the results.

7.3.1 & 7.3.2…….carefully use the cutting device to cut around the circumference of the test cylinder through to the substrate.
